Terms & Conditions – Highlights at a Glance

  • Cult Locker Ltd acts as an independent agent to facilitate the purchase of branded products on behalf of our customers.

  • All products supplied through our service are sourced as new, genuine items from authorised retailers, distributors, or other legitimate suppliers and are provided in their original manufacturer packaging where applicable.

  • Cult Locker Ltd does not sell used, opened, refurbished, or altered products. We do not tamper with, modify, or repackage branded goods supplied through our service. Products are supplied exactly as received from the original retailer or supplier.

  • We do not maintain stock; instead, we source items directly from authorised retailers only after an order is placed on our website (under UK law, this is known as “Buy To Order”).

  • By placing an order through our website, you appoint Cult Locker Ltd as your purchasing agent and authorise us to source and purchase the requested product on your behalf from authorised retailers. Cult Locker Ltd acts solely as an intermediary facilitating the purchase and delivery of the product to you and does not sell the goods in its own capacity.

  • In accordance with Sections 17 and 19 of the UK Sale of Goods Act 1979, ownership of the goods shall pass to you, the Buyer, only once full payment has been received for those goods. Title and risk do not transfer until this condition is satisfied.

  • Until such payment is received in full, the goods shall not be deemed purchased or acquired on your behalf, and no proprietary rights shall transfer to you. We reserve the right to withhold procurement of such goods until payment has been received in cleared funds.

  • Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed, subject to statutory consumer rights.

  • For our EU customers, be aware that if you request a refund for your order, a fee of £1 may be deducted from the refunded amount where legally permissible. This fee is charged to us by our EU payment service provider and is not imposed by us.

  • All orders placed have a processing time, which is typically 5 to 7 working days. This may be extended during busy periods or shortened, subject to the product ordered and its location.

  • Next-day delivery is not offered.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer where the goods were shipped correctly and in line with the order placed, subject to statutory rights.

  • Delivery addresses cannot be changed or amended once your order has shipped.

  • Certain products may be excluded from returns where permitted by law.

  • If there are any issues with your order once delivered, please keep all packaging materials, including the packing slip, delivery box and internal packaging, to assist with any claim.

  • Claims for damaged products should be reported within 7 days of the delivery date where possible. This does not affect statutory rights.

  • Any claims regarding non-delivery of your order or items should be submitted as soon as possible to allow us to investigate with the courier.

  • Returns for eligible products can be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Returns should be accompanied by a valid Returns Form and have the Return Authorisation number clearly shown on the address label of the return.

  • No affiliation, endorsement, or partnership exists between Cult Locker Ltd and any of the brands mentioned or sold via our service unless stated otherwise.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website.

By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website, subject to applicable law.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Please Note

All products supplied through this website are genuine branded goods.

Products are sourced either directly from the brand owner or manufacturer, from authorised distributors, or from reputable authorised retailers in the product's country of origin.

Cult Locker Ltd operates as an independent personal shopping and sourcing service.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or officially connected with the brands featured on this website.

Any such affiliation will be clearly stated where it exists.

All trademarks, brand names, character names, film titles and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes.

Certain products may be supplied through our international sourcing service on a personal importation basis at the request of the customer.

In such cases, Cult Locker Ltd acts as the customer's purchasing agent to source, procure and arrange delivery of the requested product on the customer's behalf.

A service commission for this sourcing and purchasing service is included within the price displayed on the website.

By placing an order through this website and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that Cult Locker Ltd operates as an independent business and is not acting as an authorised retailer, distributor or representative of the brands listed on this site unless expressly stated otherwise.

Agency Basis of Purchase

All products offered through Cult Locker may be sourced and supplied on an agency basis.

Cult Locker Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) acts as the customer's purchasing agent to source and procure products on the customer's behalf from authorised retailers, distributors or other legitimate suppliers where the agency model applies.

Products may be purchased specifically in response to individual customer orders and may not be held in inventory for retail resale.

When an order is placed through our website for an agency-sourced product, the customer appoints Cult Locker Ltd to act as their agent for the purpose of locating, purchasing and arranging delivery of the requested product.

Title to the goods passes in accordance with the applicable contract and law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits the customer's statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Product Condition

Cult Locker Ltd does not sell used, opened, refurbished or altered products unless clearly stated in the individual product listing.

We do not tamper with, modify or repackage branded goods supplied through our service.

Products are supplied in their original manufacturer packaging where applicable.

Cancellations After an Order Has Been Placed

Cult Locker operates a retail and buy-to-order service.

Once an order is received, we begin processing the customer's request and may purchase the requested goods from third-party retailers specifically to fulfil that order.

Customers wishing to cancel their order should contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Where cancellation is requested within this period and the sourcing process permits cancellation, we will normally cancel the order and issue the appropriate refund.

After the 24-hour cancellation period, the sourcing and purchasing process may already have commenced.

Where no statutory right of cancellation applies, Cult Locker may, at its sole discretion and following review of the individual circumstances, offer a credit note or store credit up to the value of the relevant goods as a goodwill gesture.

Any such credit is discretionary, does not constitute an admission of liability and does not establish a precedent for future orders.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable UK consumer law.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website.

These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange according to our Returns Policy and applicable consumer law.

This can be for a variety of reasons, including:

  • Certain brands or items may have to be purchased through international sourcing.

  • Certain products may be extremely limited.

  • Certain products may only be available for short periods.

  • Certain products may be discontinued or seasonal.

  • We may not be able to maintain stock of every product offered.

Should a product be ordered that is no longer available, we will first try to locate the item.

If this fails, we will notify you and offer the option of a full refund or a substitute item where available and agreed.

Please feel free to email us at legal@cultlocker.com and we will be happy to advise.

Please be aware that during high-demand periods, processing of orders may extend beyond the usual timeframe, which is typically around 5–7 working days.

PLEASE NOTE: All orders have a processing time as stated in more detail in our Terms & Conditions and Shipping pages.

Transit time begins once your order has been transferred to the shipping courier.

Your order may be forwarded from different fulfilment locations depending on availability and logistical considerations.

By accepting our Terms & Conditions at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this information.

Ownership of the goods shall pass in accordance with the applicable contract and law.

We reserve the right to withhold procurement of goods until payment has been received in cleared funds.

Nothing in this section excludes any statutory cancellation or consumer rights.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF PAYMENT AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION, SHIPPING & DISCOUNT COUPON USAGE

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us before acceptance, where there is a legitimate reason to do so.

We may, in our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address or telephone number provided at the time the order was made.

UK orders have VAT applied where applicable.

For international orders, applicable VAT, customs duties and other charges will be handled according to the delivery destination and information provided at checkout.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement where processing permits.

Beyond this period, orders may enter the processing stage and contractual cancellation requests may be rejected where no statutory cancellation right applies.

By law, consumers generally have 14 calendar days after receiving goods to cancel an eligible online purchase.

Exceptions apply to certain categories of goods as defined by applicable legislation.

Customers should contact us to arrange a return.

Shipping and Delivery

If you select a shipping service or courier that is unavailable for the designated destination, we reserve the right to contact you and arrange a suitable alternative.

By choosing the option to have your parcel left in a designated safe place, you authorise this as your preferred method of delivery.

Delivery responsibility and the transfer of risk will be determined in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Claims for Non-Delivery of Orders Marked as Delivered

In the event that an order is marked as delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase but is alleged by the customer not to have been received, Cult Locker may investigate the circumstances.

Customers may be requested to provide relevant information to assist with the investigation.

Delivery and Proof of Delivery

All orders are dispatched using the delivery services available at checkout.

Where an order is confirmed as delivered, courier tracking records may be used as evidence of delivery.

Such records may include GPS information, photographic confirmation or signature capture.

In the event that a customer disputes delivery despite courier confirmation, Cult Locker will investigate the matter with the courier.

The outcome will be assessed in accordance with the evidence and applicable consumer law.

Where a payment dispute is raised with a payment processor, including credit card issuers, PayPal or other providers, the matter may be investigated through the relevant payment provider's dispute resolution process.

Nothing in this section removes any legal rights available to the customer.

Delivery fees and return shipping costs will be handled according to our Returns Policy and applicable statutory rights.

Delivery addresses cannot normally be changed or amended once an order has shipped.

For customers based in the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection laws.

For international customers, local consumer protection laws may also apply.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Should an item arrive faulty or damaged, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

We encourage customers to retain all original packaging, including the delivery packaging, for inspection by the courier or postal service.

Where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, customers retain their statutory rights regardless of whether original packaging has been retained.

Upon delivery of your order, should any items be missing, please contact us for further information.

We recommend reporting missing items within 48 hours of taking delivery to allow us to investigate promptly.

All packaging should be kept where possible, including the packing slip, until we advise otherwise.

Where return postage is payable by Cult Locker, we may provide a prepaid return label or arrange an appropriate collection service.

If you wish to return an eligible item, it should be unused and in its original condition where possible, subject to statutory rights.

For voluntary returns beyond statutory cancellation rights, additional conditions may apply.

If a return is rejected for a lawful reason, we will contact you regarding arrangements for returning the item.

Customers may be responsible for charges arising from incorrect delivery information or refusal to accept delivery, where legally permissible.

For UK orders that are undelivered and returned to us, including failed collections from pick-up locations, reasonable re-delivery or return costs may apply where the customer is responsible and such costs are legally recoverable.
